HESPERUS (2019)


A portrait of a ferry between the mainland and the tiny islands in Istanbul, Turkey. The combination of the vast sea and a slight morning light reminded me of The Wreck of Hesperus. A feeling of bleakness grew inside of me, as I tried to capture the imaginary faith of the ferry.
